Transportation costs to the shoot location are not included in the listed prices and will be calculated based on distance and logistics. We will provide a customised quote upfront to ensure transparency on all costs.
How long does it take to receive the final images and videos?
Turnaround times vary based on the package and complexity of editing. Standard delivery is:
- Photography: 3-5 business days (Basic & Advanced), up to 7 business days (Premium)
- Videography: 5-7 business days (Basic & Advanced), up to 14 business days (Premium & large-scale productions)
Can I request revisions after receiving the final product?
Yes! Each package includes a set number of revisions. Additional revisions can be arranged, but they will incur an extra cost for the client.
What happens if I need additional footage or extra shots?
If you require more images or footage beyond your selected package, we offer add-on options at an additional cost. Let us know your needs, and we’ll provide a customised quote for extra shots, extended shoot time or additional edits.
Do you provide props, models or locations for shoots?
