1.1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the X Digital Win A Free Website Competition (“Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not participate in the Promotion.

1.2 Promoter Details

The Promoter of this offer is X Digital, a marketing agency providing digital and marketing services.

2.1 Eligibility

The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Entrants must have a valid social media account on at least one of the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or LinkedIn. Employees of X Digital and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

The competition opens on 28 January and closes at 00:00 on 1 March. Any entries received after this time will not be considered. The winner will be announced on 2 March via X Digital’s official social media channels.

To enter the competition, participants must complete the following steps on the competition post on any of X Digital’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or LinkedIn):

• Like the competition post

• Tag your business in the comments, or tag a business you know that could benefit from a website refresh

• Repost the competition post to your feed

For a bonus entry, participants may share the competition post to their story and tag X Digital.

Each valid action counts as an entry. Incomplete or incorrect entries may be disqualified.

Participants may enter the competition on multiple platforms, provided all entry requirements are met on each platform. Bonus entries are valid only when the story share includes a tag to X Digital.

The prize consists of one free website build by X Digital. The prize includes only the scope and deliverables agreed upon by X Digital and the winner. Any additional features, revisions, content, hosting, domains, or services not included in the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner will be announced on 2 March via X Digital’s social media platforms and may be contacted directly via social media. If the winner does not respond within a reasonable time frame, X Digital reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

By entering the competition, participants grant X Digital permission to use their name, business name, and/or social media handle for promotional and marketing purposes related to the competition, without additional compensation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, X Digital shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize. X Digital is not responsible for technical issues, platform outages, or failed entries due to social media platform limitations.

X Digital reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition or these Terms & Conditions at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control.

By entering the competition, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
