1.1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the X Digital 50% Off Sale (“Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not participate in the Promotion.

1.2 Promoter Details

The Promoter of this offer is X Digital, a marketing agency providing digital and marketing services.

2.1 Eligibility The Promotion is open to new clients only. Existing or previous clients of X Digital are not eligible to receive the 50% discount. No age, residency, or merchant restrictions apply beyond being a new client. 2.2 Agreement to Terms By selecting packages and proceeding through the checkout process, or by contacting X Digital directly and providing verbal or written confirmation to proceed with a quotation and/or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

3.1 Promotional Discount The Promotion provides a 50% discount off the displayed price of eligible X Digital packages. This includes: – One-time services (e.g., website design), – The first month of recurring monthly services (e.g., social media marketing). Thereafter, standard package pricing will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing. 3.2 Eligible Packages The 50% discount applies only to first- and second-tier packages across X Digital’s services. Third-tier or premium packages are expressly excluded from this Promotion. 3.3 How the Discount Is Applied X Digital does not offer direct online purchases. Clients select their desired packages and proceed through checkout or contact X Digital directly. A custom quotation will then be issued, reflecting the applicable 50% promotional discount on all eligible packages. 3.4 E-Commerce Website Product Limit Where the Promotion applies to an e-commerce website package, the discounted package price includes the upload of up to 100 products only. Any additional product uploads required beyond this limit are excluded from the Promotion and will be charged per product upload at a fair and reasonable rate. The cost for any additional uploads will be agreed upon in writing between the client and X Digital prior to any further work being undertaken. 3.5 Combinability and Multiple Packages This Promotion may be applied to multiple eligible packages selected by the client. There is no limit on the number of discounted packages per client, provided each package qualifies under these Terms. The Promotion is applied on a per-package basis, with each eligible package receiving a 50% discount individually. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts unless expressly agreed by X Digital in writing.

4.1 Duration The Promotion is only valid during the period displayed on the Promotion webpage, as indicated by the countdown timer. Once the Promotion period ends, the standard pricing applies. 4.2 End of Promotion X Digital reserves the right to amend or terminate the Promotion at any time, with or without notice.

5.1 Custom Quotations X Digital will issue a custom quotation that includes the discounted prices. Acceptance of the quotation is required for the engagement of services. 5.2 Payment Terms Standard payment terms and conditions for services apply and will be detailed in your custom quotation. The Promotion does not alter those terms except for the application of the discount.

6.1 No Cash Value The Promotion has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. 6.2 Refunds and Cancellations Refund and cancellation policies for the packages apply as per X Digital’s standard terms, as stated in the custom quotation , service agreement and our policies.

7.1 Application of Standard Terms All packages purchased under this Promotion remain subject to X Digital’s standard Terms of Service applicable to each specific package. The Promotion affects pricing only and does not alter the scope, inclusions, limitations, or delivery terms of any package unless expressly stated in writing by X Digital. 7.2 Package-Specific Inclusions and Limitations Each package includes only the deliverables, features, and limits explicitly stated for that package. This includes, but is not limited to, revision limits, timelines, content allowances, and support levels, as outlined on our policies page. 7.3 Revisions and Additional Work Where a package includes a defined number of revisions (for example, within a website design package), only the specified number of revisions is included in the discounted price. Any revisions requested beyond the included allowance will be treated as additional work and charged at a fair and reasonable rate, to be agreed upon between the client and X Digital in writing prior to any further work commencing once the revision quota has been met. 7.4 Additional Services and Scope Changes The same principles apply to all services offered by X Digital. Any request that falls outside the original scope of the selected package, including but not limited to additional features, content, functionality, or support, will be quoted separately and requires written approval before commencement.

8.1 Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, X Digital is not liable for any: – Loss or damage arising from your participation in the Promotion, – Failure to successfully take up the Promotion for any reason, including technical issues. 8.2 No Warranty X Digital makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees in relation to the Promotion other than those expressly set out in these Terms.

9.1 Personal Data By participating in this Promotion, you consent to X Digital processing your personal information to administer the Promotion, including sending promotional communications as permitted by law.

10.1 Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to X Digital’s place of business. 10.2 Dispute Resolution Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unresolved, through appropriate legal channels.

11.1 Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the client and X Digital in respect of the Promotion. 11.2 Severability If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force. 11.3 Amendments X Digital may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of any updated Terms.
